The project benefits from the plethora of amenities and spacious apartments. I mean we've got everything here from sports and fitness facilities to an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a lot more. There is even a beautiful natural pond where I love relaxing in the evenings. The developer has put in everything for a happy and healthy lifestyle.

I have bought in this project since my workspace at Electronic City is just a few kilometres away. This is a big boon for me and also the fact that there are two metro stations within a few minutes along with the lush green parks and bus stations. The connectivity and location are just too good and project living experience is also pleasant and peaceful.

It is a new residential project launched by Arvind Smart Spaces. It is offering smart homes at very affordable rates. They are providing some unique facilities such as Clubhouse, Cafeteria, Lift, parking compared to other projects present in Tumkur Road. I book the premium flat and I am very much impressed with the water and electricity facility in the complex. The surrounding is also filled with greenery and the ambience in the society is nice. There are also shops located inside the complex. The construction of the project is in full swing and we are expecting the delivery next year.

Arvind Oasis is an under-construction project that will be delivered by 2023. The location is in Tumkur Road, Bangalore West. I love that the society is well maintained and the quality of the construction is excellent. Banks and ATMs are easily accessible. Markets and shopping malls are also nearby the residential complex. Educational institutions, medical facilities are in close proximity too. The Nagasandra metro station is nearby which will make my transportation easier. The overall project is outstanding and budget-friendly.

Here is a CSP from the SBI. There are my neighbourhood stores nearby, where you can find anything. Where I reside, the nearest grocery store is around 100 metres away. You can get any vegetable there at a reasonable price. You may get meat at a location close to my home. The public transportation system is excellent, and there are several buses and trains accessible.
