Nice Location, proximity to the local market, school, college, etc. all the Buses, Cabs are accessible.

Things need improvement

Nothing everything is good, not seen any crime on road. But not sure about Buses timings if anyone wants to travel by bus.

Bavdhan is a prime area as many of the buses originate from this locality to the main city of Pune. The cost of living in Bavdhan is low as compared to other localities in Pune which makes it easy for the bachelors.

The local leaders are very helpful in this region and maintained the peace very well during the corona pandemic by providing help to all those in need. Groceries can be easily obtained from the local vegetable market which opens at 7am.

The locality has piped gas which makes it quite good. The streets are swept daily by municipal worker and the garbage collection truck comes in daily as well. There are on water logging or water scarcity issues in this region.

All day to day commodities can be easily obtained from the local market and one need not travel long for the same. Bavdhan is situated very close to Mumbai Pune Expressway making it easy to reach Lonavala and Khandala through highway.

Clean and green area. With great roads and transportation facilities.Safe for women .Traffic and no metro poses a slight problem but the area makes it up with facilities these problems are just negligent compared to the good locality

the area has excellent road connectivity though there is heavy traffic at peak hours.All roads have very good infrasructure.roads are in very good condition and are well maintained by the civic bodies

The nearest train station is 13.5 kilometres away, while the airport is 25.4 kilometres away through Pashan Road. Bavdhan is well-equipped in terms of social services. Within the vicinity, there are super-speciality hospitals, educational institutions, retail malls, and convenience stores. Bavdhan is especially beautiful because it is bordered on three sides by hills and has the Pashan Lake to its north.
