Semi Furnished b BHK. Well maintained in a gated society. 2 Wheeler Parking available. Nearby IT Parks, Restaurants, Malls etc. Ideal for Bachelors working in OMR

Good things here

Cabs and autos are easily available inside of the society. Security is safe and secure.Amenities like swimming pool ,club house and gym is maintained wellin the society.

Construction quality is poor. There is seepage in the kitchen and bathroom, with the roof leaking. The railway station is quite far from the society, approximately 5-6 kilometers away.

Good things here

We moved out of this society two years ago. During our time there, the built design was excellent. Each flat offered privacy, with no sounds from adjacent flats, and ventilation was superb, allowing for ample sunlight. The society's location on the main road made it convenient to reach various places such as schools, restaurants, and all daily needs, including vegetables. Maintenance facilities were satisfactory; never encountered water problems, and garbage collection and disposal were done regularly. The residents were also pleasant; everyone was friendly and lived together as a close-knit family.

Things need improvement

I moved out of the society approximately two years ago. During my time there, I observed several maintenance issues, particularly with the clubhouse. The facilities such as the gym, party hall, and other equipment were often not functional. Additionally, the pool in the society was frequently out of order.

Good things here

In our society, convenience reigns supreme with readily available cabs and autos for easy commuting. The water facilities are impeccable, ensuring everyone's needs are met. The cooperative spirit among the residents fosters a sense of community and belonging. The lush greenery that adorns our surroundings adds to the serene beauty of our society. With schools and offices in close proximity, residents enjoy the luxury of short commutes. Furthermore, the convenience of having shops within the society caters to our everyday needs. And even during power outages, the reliable power backup system ensures uninterrupted living.

Things need improvement

While our society boasts several conveniences, it is imperative to address the areas needing improvement. Unfortunately, the construction quality falls short of expectations, evident in prevalent seepage issues plaguing our bathrooms and bedrooms. Moreover, the surrounding pollution detracts from the otherwise serene environment. Regrettably, the builder's unfulfilled promises have left us disillusioned, particularly concerning amenities like the unfinished swimming pool.

The prices are reasonable and does not burn hole in your pocket. Connectivity is great and makes your life more comfortable because all modes of public as well as private transports are available easily within a walking distance. Installed CCTV cameras and professional security guards ensure complete safety to the residents as well the visitors.

Infinity Pool and Mangrove Style orchard garden. The roads are well built and clean with street lights installed alongside. The construction is decent and seems that there is no need for regular maintenance. Regarding the safety and security there are no issues as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. Connectivity is excellent as lots of public transport options are available. Many schools, colleges and education institutes are in nearby vicinity.

Nearest Airport is just 50 min drive. Nice construction and good local area where you can go for shopping. There is no power supply or water supply issues here. Spacious and well constructed homes with great view. The safety and security of the residents is also taken care well as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. Everything is readily available nearby hence, no need to go anywhere else. Police patrolling is done regularly which further enhance the security of the entire area.

This is a perfect place for those who are looking to buy luxurious homes at right prices that too with a good connectivity and availability of all amenities just inside the society. Safety and construction is up to the mark as it is always ensured that the CCTV cameras are always working and security guards do their duty. Also, the parking space is ample which means that even the visitors can also comfortably park their vehicles without any hassle. Another positive is the green patch and parks which further makes the environment desirable.

Right place for those who wants to live in a spacious home with good connectivity like you can comfortably catch a bus or book a cab as these are reachable within a few minutes walking distance. Also, the build quality is quite good and you can enjoy the nice view from the balcony. The inside roads are well built and you can enjoy the benefits of Gym, swimming pool, golf course, jogging parks right inside the project so there is no need to go anywhere outside. Well planted trees and plants provide fresh air and make the environment soothing. Another best thing is that you do not have to worry about parking space as there it is ample.
