Baguiati is a locality in Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation of North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is close to Kolkata and also a part of the area covered by the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). Baguiati lies off the Kazi Nazrul Islam Sarani, popularly known as VIP Road, in the north eastern periphery of Kolkata. It is developing into an important commercial and trade center. Lake Town, Dum Dum Park, Krishnapur (more popularly known as Kestopur), Teghoria, Kaikhali, New Town, and Salt Lake cities are the nearby areas of Baguiati. Baguiati is a prominent locality placed on the VIP Road. The locality is a residential hub in the north-eastern part of Kolkata. It comes under the jurisdiction of Bidhan Nagar Municipal Corporation and is a part of the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). Several prime localities near Baguiati are Dumdum, Keshtopur, Salt Lake, Rajarhat, Lake Town, Bangur Avenue, and New Town. Most of the residential projects in this location are small-scale apartment complexes due to the lack of ample open land. Good things here

Baguiati is a neighbourhood of Kolkata under the jurisdiction of Bidhannagar Municipal corporation of North 24 parganas district in the indian state of West Bengal.It is a part of the area covered by Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority.

Things need improvement

The density and crowds - Kolkata is one of the most densely populated cities in india, with a very high population density that can feel overwhelming, especially in crowded areas and during peak hours.

Good things here

The locality offers a peaceful and family-friendly environment with all essential amenities nearby. It's a well-developed area with a strong sense of community, making it ideal for families, working professionals, and retirees. The area also boasts excellent connectivity, ensuring easy access to major parts of the city.

Things need improvement

The only drawback of the property is the lack of dedicated car parking. This could be a concern for those who own vehicles, as parking must be arranged on the street or in nearby parking areas.

Good things here

Yes it in the very good locality, 2 minutes walking distance from VIP Bus stop, Opp of Baguiati AC Market, School, Hospital, Airport, Market, Medicine Shops all are very nearer of the property.

Things need improvement

As the Property stand at opposite of Baguiati A C Market and it is in a very peaceful area so their is no as such dislike about the locality.

The locality is very good and well maintained. Bus, Cabs are available in our area. A playground is located in front of the flat.

In our locality many flats are available with good prices but new flats are constructed and their price is very high,

Good things here

The locality is safe and all of the necessities available. There is no water shortage 24/7 water supply available. Most of the important school, malls, restaurant available in the locality. No history of crime nowadays the area is safe you and your family. Street light available most of the area. Transportation service is also good cabs, taxi, bus easily accessible.
