This is a very stabilized and well developed area SMC provide proper maintenance of literally every thing. This area of surat had really low rate of accident and in nearby we have many malls like VR mall, Rahulraj mall and many more for all kind of groceries and for many things needed in daily home basis, we also have hospitals nearby. The properties here are well stablised according to provide ease to the people who live in there like there are many schools and game zones.
