Good things here

we enjoy the peaceful atmosphere created by abundant greenery and real maintained open areas. the location is excellent with quick access to measure roads and highways and also has good connectivity to schools hospital restaurants and shopping centre.

however power cuts s and water shortage especially in the hot month can be frustrating. ongoing construction work causes traffic problems making daily commutes longer.

Good place to live with family, Great to take morning walk. Road side view. Narmada water supply. Very much developing are and very futuristic view.

Good things here

Shubh Sonal Society is a good locality that has good access to school, college, bank and hospital.Airport, mall,cinema hall, BRTS bus stand etc are nearby.it has 24 hours of water facility and security guard. There are major roads with very little traffic and good transport facility.it is a very good locality for tenants and no need to worry about anything.surrounding area is very nice

Things need improvement

Main problem is related to climatic conditions. Summer can be extremely hot up to 40 degrees. During monsoon season some areas may affected by flooding and water logging. Nowadays the air quality is also a main concern that due to some industrial activities the air get polluted which leads to affecting the daily life of people. Relatively there are fewer options for late night entertainments

This area has great connectivity and commute options by near bus stops Including Sneh Plaza Bus stations, Visat circle bus stop. This area is also connected with Motera stadium Metro station. making it convenient for those working in the city. The area provide range of amenities including good Educational institutes, good healthcare facility by Shreeji hospital . Sneh Plaza Orange Mall, Highway Mall are near by shopping options. For dining varieties of restaurants and cafes available here. In safety and security area generally considered safe with well planned neighborhoods. There are few parks and green space for recreational activities

chandkheda is a beautiful and well developing area. here, uber and cabs are available at late night also. siwggy and zomato are available at door steps. shopping malls, grocery shops, pharmacy are nearby within 3 KM radius. good restaurant and 5-star hotels are available in this area. there are many attractions places for the visitors.

The major problem for the people is traffic jams. people face traffics jams after evening due to office leave. there is disposal waste thrown at the side of road. the authorities are trying to keep the road maintained. there is extremely crowd in some areas at peak hours.
