The project is small and cosy and serves as an affordable alternative housing option. The complex is built well but is more of a humble housing compared to other such projects in the region.

There is limited open spaces within the estate that sometimes feels a bit crammed. The position if the complex leverages public transport and amenities are fair.

The project is a bit old now so there might be aspects of an apartment such as wiring or wall finishes before buying. Other than that is is a good affordable housing.
