Public transport facilities are conveniently located near the society, ensuring excellent connectivity. The build quality is excellent, with no reported issues of leakage or seepage. Allocated parking spaces are available in the society, which is a standout feature. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and garden are available and well-maintained. The residents are cooperative and friendly, coming together to celebrate festivals. Additionally, the society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity�supply.read more

Things need improvement

There aren't any major issues with the society that I'd like to highlight, but one improvement I'd suggest is to have a nearby metro station added for better�connectivity.read more

Festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated. The construction quality and ventilation are good. There is a garden and a children's play area. The public transport and locality are convenient, with autos and buses nearby. The metro station is just 5 minutes away, and malls, markets, and grocery shops are all nearby.read more

Things need improvement

Covered parking is provided only for owners, and there is no guest parking. There is a gym, but it is not operational. There is no swimming pool. Overall, there are no major issues, and I feel that all necessary improvements have already been made.read more

Good things here

The local railway station is nearby. Water supply is adequate. Security is good with CCTV cameras. Garbage collection is timely. Flats are properly ventilated with ample sunlight. All amenities are available and of good quality. Parking is ample and available for everyone. The building is earthquake-proof. Maintenance charges are Rs. 2000 per month for a 2BHK. Amenities include a gym, clubhouse, and park. Auto stand and bus stand are nearby. The roads outside the society are good.read more

Malls are not nearby. There is a bridge near the society which causes some traffic. Pets are not allowed in the society, although some people still keep them. There is no swimming pool in the society.read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in my appartment. The facilities and amenities like gym, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.read more
