The hindu colony area boasts a rich and cultural atmosphere with numerous temples and local events adding a vibrant touch to daily life. It also offers a rare respite from the city's noise. The community here in this area is known for its warmth and friendliness which fosters a strong sense of neighbourhood camaraderie. It also has well maintained parks and green areas.read more

The roads are often clogged during office hours. Finding parking can be a challenge due to high demand and limited space. While the area has seen considerable development,some parts still retain their older,more traditional character,which can feel somewhat dated compared to more modern areas.The disjoining feel impacts the aesthetic harmony of the area.read more

Perfectly safe locality. I often have outbound flights at late / odd hours and only have positive experiences, the security is also helpful with bags. The utility bills are very economic - approx 9K quarterly even with use of air conditioning. No power cuts or water shortages. The apartment and society is well maintained with external housekeeping staff. Location of the property is ideal - in an inner lane so no pollution. Good sunlight and ventilation.read more
