I have visited the apartment quite a lot of times and the transportation is excellent. Cabs and buses are readily available for better transportation. The project provides excellent transportation facilities and is well connected with reputed schools, colleges, Wockhardt's Specialty hospital, Uma Shankar Nursing Home and a lot more. Swaminarayan City Phase 1 is an under-construction project in Thane, Mumbai. I had booked an apartment a few months back and this project is offering smart homes at very reasonable rates. The new launch has been spread across the area of 2.77acres. I have been guided by the sales team very efficiently and they have promised the possession of the apartment by 2026.
