The roads outside the society are well-maintained, ensuring smooth transportation for residents. The society itself is meticulously kept clean, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Residents enjoy an ample water supply, and the flats are well-ventilated, allowing natural sunlight to brighten the interiors. Public transport accessibility from the society is lacking, impacting connectivity for residents. Furthermore, cracks on the exterior of the building pose structural concerns and require immediate attention. While a gym is available within the society, the absence of a trainer diminishes its utility. Additionally, not all amenities are adequately maintained, compromising the overall living experience. Inadequate and inefficient security personnel further exacerbate security concerns for residents. I really value the excellent construction quality and proper ventilation, ensuring our building is sturdy and comfortable. The gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, providing convenient fitness options. Having 24/7 electricity and water supply is highly convenient. Our friendly and cooperative neighbors, along with the presence of elevators. Regular garbage collection with segregation keeps our surroundings clean.read more

I find it inconvenient that the gym requires additional fees. There are ongoing management issues that need addressing. Plumbing problems have caused occasional disruptions, and the lack of readily available autorickshaws, with only cabs accessible, is challenging.read more

There are no quality or seepage issues, and open parking space is available. The area is free from pollution, and there's minimal traffic.read more

Everything from the hospital, school, local market to public transport is within 500 meters. It's located near the Dwarka Express Highway. There's a lobby and open car parking available. The construction is just 2 years old, and the quality is quite good. Plus, there's minimal traffic in the area.read more
