Good things here

good quality of road and normal traffic during afternoon and no power cut but please pay time to time electricity charge

Safe in the night
Lot of green spaces

The neighbourhood is a bit noisy and polluting because it is adjacent to the major road, which is often active with buses plying day and night. In comparison to other regions of the city, the greenery is good. The availability for transport is excellent. Near the Delhi Meerut Motorway and the airport.

Because it is a village, there aren't many options for shopping or street food; instead, you must go 5 kilometres to the retail centre in Partapur. Taxis are not available in this area. roadways are in poor condition, with numerous potholes and damaged roadways that must be repaired by the government. Because there are no street lights and no PCR vehicles stationed, this area is not safe at night.

Partapur is a village in Meerut, with a college and schools nearby, as well as a railway station within walking distance. Within 1 km, public transport is available. Parking is readily available, so you can easily park your vehicle. There is less congestion and pollution.
