The project offers comfortable living and apartments with the right combination of amenities. Parks, roads, and open areas are there but regular maintenance needs to be done. Anyways, connectivity, power, or water supply is not an issue here. Safety is also tight because security guards are always there and do their job nicely. the well-constructed homes with the most up-to-date designs and amenities make it more convenient and comfortable for residents to stay here.read more

It is situated in the southern part of the city encircled by the Sealdah South section of the Eastern Railways to the west, Dhakuria and Haltu to the south, the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass to the east, and the locality of Tiljala to the north.
