Transportation within the estate is excellent, with public transportation easily accessible within walking distance. Cabs and Uber services are also conveniently available nearby. Water facilities are reliable and available 24/7, complemented by efficient power backups throughout the estate. The construction quality is commendable, with no issues of leaks or dampness observed. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the estate boasts abundant greenery, enhancing its appeal. Within a 2 km radius, there are numerous grocery stores, which is very convenient. Schools and supermarkets located within the estate further contribute to its convenience. Amenities such as an open gym and a kids' play area are provided, and the community atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Despite only being here for a few months, we've already formed strong relationships with fellow residents, enjoying celebrations of festivals like Sankranti, Diwali, and Ram Navami together.read more

The society offers amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, badminton court, and indoor games, which are all available for residents to enjoy. However, the road quality inside the society is not good, which can be quite inconvenient for residents.read more

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available for e-book downloads at the university. Power is very reliable in the society. Water facilities are very good, and there is a power backup available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect waste twice a week in the society. The drinking water is directly available in the kitchens, which is very convenient. Amenities like table tennis, badminton court, indoor games, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The greenery in the society is very good. There are reserved parking areas for the residents, and visitor parking is also available in the society.read more

There is no swimming pool in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available from stops around 700 meters from the society. There isn't much greenery outside the society because there are many ongoing construction projects. The greenery outside should be improved.read more

The flat had good ventilation and received ample sunlight. The lifts were maintained well. Water was available 24/7. The residents were decent, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage.read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity was a big issue in the society as it was located 5 km away from the main road. The market was also far from the society. There were no amenities in the society. Only South Indian festivals were celebrated in the society. Since the RWA took over, cleanliness has not been maintained.read more
