Her fees are to be paid as per actuals about INR 13000 per month. They would also look after the lawns. You do need to have a car/ bike to get around here. Public transport is erratic and hired transport is expensive around here. We love long, really long stays extending from upwards of a few months to a few years. We find the house better looked after this way and besides we get to meet some great folks from across the world who would like a share of what I have lived for the past X years of my life :-)!!!
