Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available within the society if we book Ola and Uber. Autos are also available in the main road of the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained within the society. The residents are very friendly and cooperative, often celebrating every festival together like a family. Cleaning of the society is very good, with efficient housekeeping services. Facilities like supermarkets, small clinics, vegetable markets, petrol bunks, and medical shops are conveniently located within 100 meters from the society, making it very convenient for residents.read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality is very poor, with issues like seepage in the walls of bathrooms and some minor issues throughout the society. The water facility is not good because there are ongoing issues with water, leading us to use water tankers within the society. Maintenance charges are expensive within the society. The parking area is congested within the society. Amenities like the gym are not well-equipped, with very small equipment available. The swimming pool is also closed due to water issues within the society.read more

I enjoy living in a habitat surrounded by a serene lake, nestled slightly inland with a view of the waterfall. I often visit in the evening to enjoy the peaceful lake view, where many others also gather to relax and unwind. Despite the tranquility, the area remains well-connected with a bus stop and various amenities within a 2 km radius, including supermarkets, clothing stores, grocery stores, and clinics. Maintenance is impeccable, with regular cleaning and garbage collection, and ample common areas for residents to enjoy. We benefit from reliable power backup and abundant water supply. The spacious rooms are flawlessly maintained, with no cracks on the walls and excellent ventilation. Additionally, the community boasts amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, clubhouse, basketball courts, a kids' play area, and a garden.read more
