Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4500 rupees. There is a clinic in the society; the doctor visits daily in the evening, which is very beneficial for emergencies. There are some multi-specialty hospitals nearby, around 1 kilometer from the society. Maintenance is very good; cleaning of the society is done twice daily. Water facility is very good, available 24/7, and power backup is also available for common areas. Facilities like fruit shops, salons, restaurants, and supermarkets are available within a walkable distance from the society. The society is very good; there is no crowd, and the greenery of the society is beautiful with a lot of trees are there in the garden area. Kids' play areas are very spacious and enjoyable for kids.read more

The community is very cooperative, and people are friendly and respectable in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is available if we book Ola and Uber in the city. Autos are available within walking distance on the main road of the society. Water facility is excellent at 24/7 in the society, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste daily at a particular time. The greenery of the society is very good, with plenty of trees, and the walking area is spacious. Parking area is also spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, and there's a dedicated visitor parking area. There's a bus stand nearby within a walkable distance of around 500 meters from the society, making it convenient. The main road is also nearby, accessible for everything near the society.read more
