Worst property. Builder cheating. Amenities worst. Not a worthy one. Builder is a money minded person.

Commitment given me to give 10000 per month until the handover. But not given. Told that will reduce at the final payment. But at the handover time no amount can be reduced.

The good condition of roads and green trees and street lights alongside them keeps the environment fresh. Here, safety is good, there are street lights, there are few problems, and public transportation is excellent. Connectivity is good that it takes very little time to reach the bus or auto stand or even book a cab as they find it easy to reach this place within quickly. Since public transport is easily accessible and there are minimal traffic jams outside, taxis arrive on time. Another reason this project is one of the greatest is that you may feel safe and live a comfortable lifestyle here

I've been living in Kelambakkam with my family for almost seven years. It is a nice place to live since there are many good schools and colleges nearby, and all types of shops (supermarket, retail shop, stationery, mall, etc.) are available. There is a beach, a theatre, a mall, a food court, and so on all around us. Police will be on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so we won't have to worry about walking around at night. We have large, good hospitals as well as caring doctors. We have a public transportation route that connects all areas of Chennai.
