Good things here
There are local markets which are available outside the society. There are no construction issues in my building, there are no seapage or leakage issue in my building. The people in the society are cooperative and friendly, all cultural festivals are celebrated together in the society. There is no network issues that are faced in the society
Things need improvement
There is a major problem of this society, which is the roads outside the society, the roads are worst in this area, throughout the year road constructions are done which makes connectivity and transportation difficult There are a lot of disturbances faced during travelling because of the roads constructions which are done outside the society throughout the year. There are no malls, hospitals, schools around or nearby the society. There are other buldings in the society that face construction issues like seapage and leakage issues. The society paintings are not done on time when needed, painting is done once after 10 years. Other facilities like gym is available in the society but the equipements available in the gym does not work properly, swimming pool is available but it is not functional to use The water supply is a major issue of the society, outside water supply needs to be called when needed. A lot of drainage issues are faced during the rainy season, water logging issues are seen a lot outside and inside the society

Connectivity is good like public auto, bus , metro all aqre there .people are so good .

Cloubhouse is not there so facilities are not so well and some traffic issues .construction quality not so well seepage and leakage issue .

Good things here
The public transport is good only the autos are easily available in the society. Neighbours are good and co -operative. Market is nearby from the society.
Things need improvement
The metro is too distance/far from the society. The maintenance is also badin the society. There is no facilities available like gym, swimming pool in the society.

The cleanliness of the society was maintained and maintenance facilities was also nice .
Things need improvement
The conmnecting road which connects to the main city to the society was average so in rainy seasons water filled on that road so cabs driver not came to the society .

Good things here
The maintainence and cleanliness of the society is top notch and CCTV camera, lifts and other facilities are available. Swimming pool, gyms, big parking area are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative. Festivals like Durga Puja, Diwali etc are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a nearby metro station. Cabs are not available. Water logging happens during monsoons and no nearby malls or shopping conplex is available. The residents have to travel area 6-7 kms for malls andd metro stations.

The society's people are friendly and cooperative, amenities are all available there.
Things need improvement
There was a big issue of traffic outside the society, the flats got damp at times and the gym could have been better maintained.

Everything is well maintained. Everything they handel by there own and with the third party. people are very friendly with everyone.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no sudden power cuts that happens in the society. The ventilation of the society is very good. Proper sunlight comes in rooms. Emergency stairs and fire estinguishers are available in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The society has got everything required for proper living, I have no issues with the society. I don't think there is any further improvements required in the society. There is only one concern during durga pujas and festivals the availability of public transports are limited and because there are wholesale market areas around the society the area remains conjested.

All necessary public transport facilities are readily available near the society, ensuring excellent connectivity. Essential items can be easily obtained in the vicinity. The society boasts a wide range of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym, all of which are meticulously maintained and fully functional. The residents are known for their cooperative and helpful nature, and they come together to celebrate all festivals in the society.
Things need improvement
I have lived in the society for some time, and I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. Additionally, I have sold my flat, and the returns were quite satisfactory.
