Good things here
I didn't experience any power cuts, and they kept up with painting regularly. The construction seems solid.
Things need improvement
We faced some water supply problems a couple of times, and there's this monkey situation in the neighborhood that's getting pretty risky.

The maintenance, security, and facilities in our society are top-notch. They're quick and efficient when it comes to addressing issues and resolving maintenance concerns.

Public transport is a bit of a challenge here, and the nearest metro at Sector 52 is quite a distance from the society.

All the amenities here are well-kept, the society is clean, and the security system in the apartment is top-notch.

Getting auto and local transport right at the gate is a bit tricky, and tenants have to shell out extra charges to use the gym facilities.

Really pleased with the society's connectivity – all kinds of transportation are easily accessible. Being a township, the construction quality is also quite satisfactory.
