Good things here
This community is truly stunning and surrounded by greenery, which adds to its beauty. The construction quality is top-notch, much better than many other communities of similar status. Being built by L&T, the design and appearance of the community are commendable, making it stand out.
Things need improvement
Each tower only has one guard, which might not be sufficient for security. It would be safer to appoint more guards throughout the society. Also, there's no speed limit for cars, and with kids playing around, it can be quite scary at times. Implementing a speed limit would make the area safer for everyone, especially children.

Good things here
This gated community, owned by Prestige, is truly impressive. The clubhouse is well-maintained and offers all major amenities such as a pool, children's playground, badminton courts, indoor games, and even a mini theater. Additionally, the abundance of green spaces allows residents to enjoy fresh air and a peaceful environment.
Things need improvement
Finding public transport from here can be a bit challenging, but the nearest proposed metro station from Song of the South is Royal Meenakshi Metro. Additionally, while there's a supermarket planned inside the apartment premises, it's not yet opened. However, it's expected to open soon in the near future.

Well maintained spacious and comfortable. Great place to live. All transportation close by and accessible. Close to shopping malls and temples and metro.

Maintenance of community could be better. Deserted at night but cool climate. Every thing else is good and great

Good things here
The people in our society are all great. We've got a big ground where you can play any sport you like. Plus, there's an indoor area for activities like badminton, tennis, and table tennis, which is really convenient.
Things need improvement
One issue we face is the lack of water management, which means there's a limit on how much water we can use. Additionally, we don't have a swimming pool or a gym in the community.

The amenities provided are excellent, and the maintenance is top-notch, making your stay very enjoyable. The abundance of greenery creates a refreshing atmosphere, making you feel rejuvenated. Overall, it's the best place to stay for a comfortable and pleasant living experience.
Things need improvement
One of the challenges we face is the lack of proper bus transport connectivity in the area. This makes it difficult for residents to rely on public transportation. Additionally, cab drivers often cancel bookings because they have to navigate around 2 kilometers inside the complex, which can be inconvenient for them.

Well-maintained society, with security measures like guards and CCTV cameras ensuring safety from every angle. Both adults and children alike find it a delightful place to live. The road connectivity is excellent, making transportation convenient. Living here truly feels prestigious.
Things need improvement
The maintenance services and charges need to be more resident-friendly, taking into account the concerns and needs of the residents. Improvements are necessary for the power backup facility to ensure more reliable electricity supply. Additionally, the cleanliness of the swimming pool area should be enhanced to provide a more enjoyable and hygienic experience for residents.

Good things here
There are 16 towers here, and they've packed in some great stuff. There are parks, an amphitheater, a handy shop, places to play sports, and even party halls. The swimming pool is really cool, and there's a nice gym too. Plus, they've got parking underground, which is pretty convenient and safe for our cars.
Things need improvement
The only drawback I see in this society is the difficulty in getting in and out of the compound. Public transportation isn't very reliable, and the metro is still under construction, which makes commuting a bit of a hassle.
