Good things here
I've been living here for 6 months, and I haven't encountered any issues with the management. The neighbors are friendly, and the security is excellent. The society has a well-organized management system compared to others, which adds to the overall positive experience.
Things need improvement
One drawback is the poor quality of the lifts, which occasionally necessitates using the stairs to access the terrace.

Overall, it stands out as one of the best luxury apartments in Bangalore.

Residents seem to prioritize their own lifestyles and are less concerned about others. During the rainy season, waterlogging nearby creates problems for others. Additionally, the website frequently crashes, causing inconvenience for users.

Phoenix Kessaku could therefore be said one of the reasonable accomplishments I have ever known. This place is positioned in Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore West. This is an outstanding project and is formulated by The Phoenix Mills. I would like to say that they proposed to give me all of the elegant luxuries and residence at a very satisfactory price. The swimming pool, kids playground, gym and many additional are located on the campus as well. I bought a 3bhk flat for myself at a very reasonable price. This place for me has to be one of the beneficial projects eventually.

The residence is so green and has considerable space for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every morning. The a huge space of jogging and walking track here. I am a diabetic patient and I walk every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts, golf course, lawn tennis court exist here. It has a community hall for meetings and cultural programs. They are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with lots of basic external amenities as well.

The Apartment are of the following configurations: 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK. The developers deliver us the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary designs till now. And rooms are well ventilated and they provide the best quality of colours and designs in every apartment. They provide the fastest elevator services and major security employment. The employees are so generous and helpful. I think this gives a perfect home like feeling to me. The location is so calm and that's why I can easily continue my studies as well.

Some issues have been reported here that the groundwater is contaminated by heavy metals and toxic chemicals in some areas of this locality which questions the purity of drinking water. There is a river called Vrishbhavathi River in this area which is polluted from industrial effluents, resulting in toxic fumes that irritate drivers to drive. Sewage water supply is utterly miserable here. The internal roads have so much potholes and authority is not taking steps to maintain which is huge disturbing for us.
