Good things here
Maintenance Charges included in Rent, It is very less. All fellows are educated Cab 24*7 Good Quality Yes All amenities, Gym, Yoga center, Billiards, TT, Kids Play Area, Bed Minton, Cricket Pitch, Basket ball court, Lawn tennis

Everything is good in society Market is already there inside society Local market also near to society

Good things here
He said I have moved out of that society , not there from last 5-6 months. At that time, maintenance was good, saaf safai accha tha. Construction quality bhi theek tha, no issues in that. Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse sab hai society mein.
Things need improvement
Firstly, garden mein jo grass hai woh aur acche se maintain se hona chahiye. Log uspe chalte hain toh woh kharab ho jati hai. Secondly, lifts me issue hota tha, summers mein woh zyada heat ho jata tha lift, toh phir usey cool down hone ke liye band karna padhta tha, Lift operator tha still yeh dikkat hota tha.

The best thing is the open space, and projects are consistently delivered on time.
Things need improvement
The apartment owner's association isn't doing well, the lifts are not functioning properly, and there's a mobile network issue, especially on the first floor.

The people here are cooperative and friendly. The parks are well-maintained, and the connectivity is good.

The lifts need better maintenance, and unfortunately, there's no restaurant or dining option near the society.

The environment and the facilities given by the ace group is up to the mark they are good at giving the security facilities and other amenities as well

The recreational spaces are limited, gate passes are not issued for external vehicles, and there is a lack of nearby malls.

Maintenance of the society is pretty good. People are very polite and respective. Atmosphere is very spacious and pleasant area.
Things need improvement
Security is not good in the society. The guards were not working properly. CCTV are not working that is inconvenient.

The locality of the society is up to the mark and greenery in the society is also maintained.

Roads are not clean in front of the society. Sometimes the water and electricity issues in during rain in the society. That is inconvenient.

This society has excellent connectivity because it is placed on the main road and the security of the society is good.

The drawback of this society is that except for parking there are no amenities provided in the community.

CCTV are there with tight security at night also. Hospitals are available for emergency in front of the society.

Maintenance of the lift is not working properly No amenities are available in the society like Gym, clubhouse and swimming pool.

Basketball, Tennis, Badminton, separate ground have been created for all the games which are very well maintained.

There is no metro station near the committee, there is no railway station, one has to go a long distance to reach the metro, one has to take an auto.
