Good things here
Newly opened Metro station, Jatirindra Nath is just 250 mtrs ayay from the gate of the society. It is on the stae highway, EM Bypass. CABs, all time available due to hospitals and Metro Cash And Carry. Buses are available on the High way.
Things need improvement
The drinking water is not so clean as we deserve in a metropolitan city, where we pay taxes for the same.

Good things here
The metro station, shared autos, Ola, Uber, and other transportation options are readily available nearby. The roads outside the society are in good condition. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Separate parking is available for visitors. The society features a play area, community hall, and park. The residents are all good, and festivals are celebrated in the society. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight.
Things need improvement
There are significant problems with water quality; the water is of poor quality and sometimes doesn't even come. There is a lack of modern amenities such as a gym and swimming pool.

Good things here
We had 24/7 water supply with good quality. All modern amenities were available, including a good swimming pool. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. The residents were cooperative, and pets were allowed. Parking was available for visitors. The flats were spacious and well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. Autos were available near the society. The roads outside the society were in good condition.
Things need improvement
The gym in the society was relatively small, catering to fewer people based on the available space. The malls were located approximately 1km away from the society.

Good things here
Local public transport is easily available. There are nearby grocery shops and vegetable markets. Proper ventilation has been provided in all flats. Garbage collection, painting, and waterproofing are done on time in all flats. All amenities are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The lift frequently stops working, causing us a lot of inconvenience. Garbage collection is never on time; sometimes they come, sometimes they don't. Even when the bins are full, they are not cleaned.

The ambience and the location of the society is top-notch. Maintenance facilities provided by the Society is also good.

Everything is good in the society but people living nearby are less friendly.

Good things here
People are very helpful. All festivals are celebrated. Amenities are well-maintained. The society is spacious, with proper ventilation. Garbage collection is on time. Plumbers and electricians are available 24/7.
Things need improvement
There is no nearby railway station, which makes it difficult for office commuting. Maintenance could be improved. The garden and park could be further beautified.

The garden and kids playing area are well-maintained. There is a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym available. Each flat has a proper balcony and ventilation. Emergency staircases and exits are also present. Nearby, there are malls, markets, supermarkets, and vegetable markets. Additionally, there are four hospitals nearby.
Things need improvement
During the construction of the metro, there were transportation difficulties. Owners only provided parking and amenities. Maintenance is a bit slow because it takes a day to resolve any issues.
