Good things here
I appreciate the spaciousness of Ardee City, particularly the wide roads and ample parking spaces. The lighting and ventilation in the flats are commendable as well. It's convenient to access daily essentials from nearby stores.
Things need improvement
I dislike the water quality here, as it's not up to par. Safety and security are also compromised, and it's concerning that there are no organized celebrations for festivals within the society. Moreover, the need to supervise children while they play outside can be inconvenient.

Good things here
This place is impeccably kept, and it's ideal for families like mine, with both elders and children. The community fosters a healthy environment for all age groups, which is fantastic. The abundance of nearby amenities adds to the convenience, and the lush green surroundings make the atmosphere refreshing.
Things need improvement
I'm experiencing challenges with parking availability, and the apartments feel cramped for my family's needs. Additionally, the lack of proximity to the metro is inconvenient. While I believe the maintenance could be better, overall, I find everything else satisfactory.

Mall is 200meters, hospital and school is within 1-2km away. Construction quality is good. Centeral park, children park, TT acedemy. Its a very safe society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges is decent. Swimming pool and clubhouse is not there. There is traffic conjestion during peak hours.

Ardee The Residency is notable for its diligent security guards who ensure only authorized individuals access the premises. Even food delivery personnel are not permitted entry, highlighting their commitment to safety. The building boasts ample parking and lush greenery, creating a pleasant environment. Additionally, all essential shops are conveniently located within a 1km radius.

There's hardly anything to dislike about the society. The residents are well-mannered and amicable, fostering a positive community atmosphere.

Good things here
The location stands out as the best factor, offering excellent connectivity to Delhi and major expressways, without the hassle of traffic congestion. The superior quality of construction adds to the appeal, while maintenance is consistently excellent.
Things need improvement
Overall, everything about the society is commendable, with just a minor drawback being the limited public transport connectivity. Additionally, while the parks are enjoyable, they are on the smaller side.

Ardee City is a well-maintained society with facilities like indoor games such as table tennis available in the basement. The presence of a grocery shop within the society makes it convenient for residents to fulfill their daily needs. The security guards are cooperative and responsive, enhancing the overall safety. Additionally, the society management is known for being friendly and actively involved, contributing to a pleasant living experience.

Unfortunately, there are occasional issues with the lift in the society, and it's concerning that these problems occur frequently. Additionally, the absence of a gym or club within the society is a drawback. Compared to neighboring societies, the outlook of Ardee City may not be as appealing. Moreover, the presence of seepage problems adds to the list of concerns.

It's great to have a friendly neighborhood with a nice crowd. The recently opened Arden Mall within walking distance is a notable highlight. The presence of nearby hospitals, schools, and shops adds to the convenience of the location.
Things need improvement
There are occasional power outages, especially in summers. Some streets have less-than-ideal roads, but ongoing work is in progress. Additionally, water tends to collect during heavy rains, presenting a challenge.

Good things here
Arden City is a gated society in a posh area with guards at every gate and block, ensuring security. One of its significant advantages is that everything is within a 5 km range – Metro Station, Mall, Tau Devi Law Park, Artemis Hospital, etc. The residents are good and polite. Houses here primarily consist of builder floors, along with some flats.
Things need improvement
The maintenance service is not up to par and is relatively costly. The absence of club swimming pools is a drawback. Additionally, the location, especially in D block, is not considered favorable.
