It is the tallest building in Faridabad so far with 32 floor and not just this it is also earthquake resistant. Additionally, there is a vehicle free pedestrian pathway, free battery car service near to the IMT chowk. You can also reach the nearest metro station by using the free pick and drop bus facility and not just this the eastern peripheral expressway is just 5 minutes’ drive away. Furthermore, there are manicured garden, swimming pool, restaurant, card room, pool table, property staff, billiards, and shopping centre available for the residents inside the premises.

Free Bus Pick-up & Drop facility available from Nearest Metro Station. There are shops, a gym, an open area, and other amenities available inside. It is a well-developed project with lush greenery and well-connected roads. Lots of parking space for residents as well as for the visitors. The construction is done skillfully by using the best material which can be felt by looking at the inside as well as from the outside. The shops, malls, cinema halls, colleges, institutes, and hospitals are nearby which is an additional advantage for all the residents.

Located in Sector 70, Faridabad along an operational 45 mtr wide road. There are shops, malls, colleges, schools and other known institutes nearby. Anyways, there are no traffic jams or mobile network issues in or outside the society. The inside roads are lean and well maintained. Thanks to the CCTV cameras and attentive security guards, you always feel safer especially for the kids and senior people. Lots of schools, colleges and institutes are at a short distance. The facilities and amenities that you get here are great advantages.

The power as well water supply is good enough you hardly face any problems related to them. The safety and security of the residents are also taken care of well of there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. Connectivity is good that it takes very little time to reach the bus or auto stand or even book a cab as they find it easy to reach this place within quickly. Connectivity and well-built-up homes are two important qualities of this project, the roads are wide and have street lights alongside. You would be attracted to stay here by the ample parking space, strong connectivity, and well-built houses.

Well connected with all roads and the residents find it easier to catch a bus or auto which located nearby. This is another good example of a well-connected project with wide roads, plenty of greenery, and complete security for residents. No power or water shortage and roads are wide with street lights. It is a much safer place for family and working parents who can work in an office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members. Many people will like this project because of the ample parking space and good security arrangements.
