This society is excellent, with warm and friendly residents who celebrate festivals together with joy. All flats are well-ventilated and constructed with quality workmanship. Safety measures, including CCTV cameras, are diligently followed, and ample parking space is provided. Additionally, there's a clubhouse for kids and small gatherings, adding to the community's appeal.
Things need improvement
The markets are quite distant from the locality, and some roads are often in poor condition, especially during the rainy season, causing various issues. Additionally, dirty and contaminated rainwater accumulates on the roads, further complicating matters.

Things need improvement
The tall height of the apartment can be intimidating at times, and the pollution levels are high in the area. Additionally, the construction quality is subpar.

This society is still under development, with the clubhouse yet to be completed. Additionally, ongoing construction work is a constant presence in the society.

The location of the society is excellent because it is situated on the main road, making everything easily accessible. There are several schools, medical shops, clinics, supermarkets, and bus stops conveniently located within a radius of 1km. The maintenance of the society is also excellent, with on-time garbage collection, daily floor cleaning, and 24/7 water supply. The security of the society is also commendable, with friendly staff. The elevators are always functional, and undergoing regular inspections. There are excellent amenities available within the society, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, play areas, and various outdoor game facilities. Additionally, the flats have well-designed balconies for good ventilation.
Things need improvement
Sometimes electrical fluctuations happen because of some power cuts and also the construction quality is not great.

The society is conveniently located on a road with nearby amenities such as a school, clinic, supermarket, shopping mall, and food stalls, all within walking distance. It is a well-maintained apartment offering various amenities including badminton, tennis, a cricket pitch, gym, and a swimming pool. The society provides ample space for walking and running. The carpet area for the flats is sizable, and 2BHK units come with the added advantage of having three balconies.
Things need improvement
Due to the society's age of nearly 9-10 years, there are issues of seepage on the walls adjacent to bathrooms. Additionally, during peak hours, residents might encounter traffic jams in front of the society gate.

One drawback is that the UDS share is relatively low compared to the market standards. Additionally, the building is still managed by the builder and has not been handed over to the association, which could be considered a negative aspect.
