Prestige North Point offers spacious apartments which come with great construction quality and sizes alike. I am appreciative of the tons of amenities and facilities that they offered and also the layout and design of the project. The North Bangalore location is also very convenient since I can access my office location without any hassles.

The project comes with easy access to so many banks, supermarkets, shopping centres, healthcare centres, and also the Airport is not too far away from the project. The railway station is also nearby and I find it easy to commute to various locations. The project amenities and price point I feel are very satisfying.

Prestige North point has been a life-changing experience for me. So much open space is there and I have been enjoying using all such amenities for first time like swimming pool, gymnasium, indoor sport area and all. All basic ATM, security and power backup facility is there and overall locality is also safe and secure. Only some water gets stuck during monsoon but otherwise area is nice with all grocery stores, and pharmacy nearby. Those working from home will not face any noise disturbance due to peaceful surrounding and good mobile network. Mall is also quite nearby.

What to say I mean I will give excellent marks to developer and project. They promised good construction quality, good fitting, security on 24-7 basis, power backup, even things like Equipped with all amenities like swimming pool, gym and indoor sport, the club house is spread over two floors. and they have given it. The locality is safe, road is wide and Western Express Highway is not too far. Commuting is not any hassle and currently working from home with mobile tower responding well. During rainfall some water accumulate here but that is not every day..

If you are looking for good living on Kammanahall, you will like Prestige North point. With the ground and first floors designed exclusively for retail units, 23 floors of premium apartments tower above. Project construction quality and fittings are really nice. The mobile tower network is good for working at home and neighborhood is safe and secure. Only thing is going through water during monsoon but am not disappointed. Rather very happy with everything. WFH is also hassle-free since locality is quiet and peaceful. Mobile network is also not fluctuating. High rating as I said.

Prestige North point is one of the best project that I have seen on St Thomas Town. WFH has been enjoyable with nice mobile tower. Only thing is waterlogging during monsoon. Society maintenance and construction quality are good here which is major relief. Love all the amenities here. It is a safe neighborhood. It is in close proximity to tech parks like Manyata Tech Park, while the city’s major commercial districts and IT corridors are eminently accessible via the Outer Ring Road. Hospitals of repute like Columbia Asia, Sathya Hospital, and Vasan Eye Clinic, and international schools & colleges . I will give this project full rating for livability.

I must say, full marks to this developer since they have good track record and Prestige North point just shows that. They are giving good construction quality and fittings while amenity-wise you will not be lacking anything. The locality is today home to every branded high-street store across the retail spectrum - from McDonald’s to Gold’s Gym, and Fabindia to Nilgiris. Open space and cycling and jogging tracks will be lovely to use and also if you are going nearby then area is safe and secure. You will find pharmacy, grocery outlet, petrol pump, bank and healthcare center nearby.
