Windsor Troika is in a very good location with all basic utilities around along with other facilities.

Living since one year. We do have seepage issue but it’s not that serious but repairable. Amenities and build quality is good. Maintenance needs to be improved. Delay is car parking allotment and Khata transfer is there.

I moved 2 yrs back in Windsor Troika, but after a year, during the monsoon, the kitchen ceiling started leaking. Moreover, there is a water issue every once in a week. The overall construction isn't that great. What they promised didn't deliver. I am not happy with the project.
