Cleanliness & maintenance is a plus point. Good facilities and nice marketplace nearby.

Maintenance was a issue there in society which can be improved. Issue of power supply also there, Metro also atleast 20-25 mins away.

The only hiccup? Connectivity. Public transport is a rare sight, and the metro feels like a world away from our society.

Good things here
Living in a well-maintained and squeaky clean society here. The construction quality is solid, no seepage issues, and all the essential amenities are not only available but also well taken care of. Plus, the people are super friendly – we celebrate all the festivals together.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a bit of a challenge since we're on the outskirts, and the nearest metro station is a whopping 25 km away. Public transport is there, but it's not exactly frequent, especially with the not-so-great roads.

Good things here
Our society is a well-maintained gem – tidy and clean with awesome amenities like a spacious play area for the kids and even a movie hall. The social life is buzzing, with the Gore management team pulling off festive functions in a beautifully organized way. All in all, it's a budget-friendly winner on Dark Expressway.
Things need improvement
Connectivity poses a bit of a challenge since the metro station isn't nearby. Cabs are available, but having a private vehicle comes in handy. Water supply relies on tankers as there's no government supply. Construction quality leaves a bit to be desired with seepage in some parts, and the main entrance could definitely be spruced up.

Overall the whole society is very good, maintenance is very good, construction quality is number one, everything is good in the society.
Things need improvement
The area around the society is very crowded. If someone wants to go out, it takes at least 30 minutes or 1 hour. It is a very crowded area.

The view from my flat was so mesmerizing. And the environment of the society was also good

The security services provided by society are nice. There are cameras for the security purpose

There is a drainage issue in my block and sometimes I faced leakage problem in kitchen area.
