Good things here

Gym, garden, play area, and swimming pool is present in the society. people are cooperative. atmosphere is friendly. water supply is 24*7.

Things need improvement

Auto frequency is less mainly in peak hours. Malls, schools, restaurants are 3km away from the society. security is not efficient they caught sleeping at night. swimming pool is not properly maintained. society is not clean. major issue of leakage mainly in monsoon time.

Good things here

It's well-maintained and has all the facilities one needs to live comfortably. There's a playground for children, an open gym, 24/7 security, and plenty of greenery. The Ganga water supply is excellent, and the construction material is of high quality. Overall, it's a perfect society

I hardly have any dislikes about this society, but one issue is the lack of good public transport access. Additionally, some residents can be rude, and there's occasional trouble with stray dogs. Also, the maintenance charges are high, which might be difficult for some to afford

Good things here

The complex is fantastic, with good discipline and cleanliness. The surrounding area is still under development. It's a well-established society that hosts various festivals together. The construction is solid and well-built

I enjoy the atmosphere of the society because our neighbors are well-educated and very pleasant.

Things need improvement

There's excessive noise pollution due to the society's connection to the Mulund-Goregaon link road, and it often experiences heavy traffic jams.

Good things here

Society has good connectivity with local transport and public transport facilities.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.All the festivals are celebrated and coperative neighbourhood in the society.

Main concern in this society is entry of stray dogs beacause they are roaming all around inside the campus which is very much unsafe for kids and senior citizen.There are seepage isues in the apartments.mentainance charges are become very much high due to which most of the resident has boycotted to use amenities in the society.

Good things here

Runway Green is strategically located on the main highway road, approximately 800 meters from Nahum railway station and about 1 km from Mound railway station. The vicinity is rich with amenities, including hotels, banks, salons, malls, bus stops, temples, churches, schools, and more. Considered one of the best projects in Mound, Runway Green also offers internal facilities such as a clubhouse, playground, and gym.

Things need improvement

Runway Green, being close to the highway, often experiences traffic congestion. The cost is relatively high due to its prime location and the brand name Runway. If you can accommodate these two factors, aside from that, Runway Green is considered one of the best projects in Mound West.

It's well-connected to the main highway, and there's a nearby Smart for shopping. Forts hospital is also conveniently close. The atmosphere in this area is very pleasant.

Things need improvement

The area is crowded with frequent traffic jams. Society maintenance is a bit costly, and there's a lack of nearby schools or colleges.

The Runway Green building is well-maintained with numerous shops under the society, providing convenience to residents. There is ample parking space for visitors and outsiders. Located in the famous area of Mound, it is easily accessible with good availability of Ola and Uber cabs. The nearby road is well-maintained, offering easy connectivity. The view from Runway Green is pleasing, and the elevators are fast and of good quality. Security guards are present 24/7. Additionally, there's a Forts hospital in proximity.

Things need improvement

Runway Green has a few drawbacks, including the absence of a swimming pool and inadequate maintenance for children. Currently, there is no metro connectivity in the area. Due to the popularity of Mound, there is often a rush of people. Additionally, there have been instances where guards did not communicate properly with visitors.

The tower benefits from highway connectivity, occasional traffic jams can be an issue. The presence of numerous shops for food, drinks, and shopping leads to constant crowds. It's worth noting that the cost may be a challenge for lower-income individuals.
