Good things here
This is most beautiful locality of Noida. I have taken a plot here and very happy with my decision as it is according to my choice. The society is built with good standard material and the quality of roads are also good and they are wide also. The society is even safe and secure during the night time as guards are also there.
Things need improvement
I have no problem regarding the facilities of this locality. Also at some distances, public toilets are also present which shows that the society is well to well maintained.

Good things here
Lookwise and facilitywise this is the best locality in whole Noida. The roads are build of good quality and there is no problem faced during monsoon seasons. Cabs are easily available and the society is also well maintained and cleaned allt he times. The holidays are also celebrated and festivals also. Malls and schools are also easily accessible.
Things need improvement
Nothing to be disliked in this locality. I have seen so many localities and found this to be the best one for me and my family

The floor plan of my 3 BHK is ideal. My family of 4 has ample space to live. The outdoor and indoor recreational facilities are awesome. Thanks to the team of Laureate Parx Laureate.

The neighborhood is quite. The internal ambiance is brilliant and well managed. Lifts, car parking, electricity supply, water supply, etc all are available. Laureate Parx Laureate has delivered what it promised.

Well-served by the local market at Sector 110, just about 1.6 km away. It is a much safer place for family and working parents who can work in an office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members. The amenities including grocery shops, gym, banquet hall, and parks are available inside the society. Overall, it is a good place to live suitable for a working couple as you will not find any security concerns here. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available.

Situated in proximity within 3.6 km to NSEZ and Noida Sector 83 metro stations on Aqua Line. The connectivity is so good that you will never face any issues while booking a cab or reaching your destination as there are no traffic jams or snarls. It is an ideal place for youngsters as there are lots of parks, a gym and quality built roads. The prices are reasonable and you never have to worry about the maintenance as it is done well by the management.
