This is a massive building built by Sai Kalyan, and it has apartments up to the 25th floor, complete with modern modular kitchens and amenities. It's a great experience for newlywed couples or young families.

Wonderful apartment! The sunsets from your east-facing balcony must be absolutely stunning. It's great to hear that there's ample parking space in the basements and that the play area for kids is well-maintained with regular fogging for mosquito protection. The upcoming amenities like the club and gym are something to look forward to, and being just a 2-minute walk from Manyata Tech Park is incredibly convenient, especially with the traffic in mind. Overall, it seems like you've found a decent standard home with everything you need nearby, including schools, hospitals, and malls.

Good things here
Amazing society with beautiful surroundings! Having a shopping mall, supermarket, colleges, and schools nearby is very convenient. The proximity to Manyata Tech Park is great for those working there, and the upcoming metro station will make commuting even easier. It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed living there and found the people to be super friendly!

Good things here
The society offers various amenities like clubs, parks, and gym facilities. Security is tight with CCTV cameras ensuring safety. It's a large society with multiple blocks, providing a pleasant ambiance. There are no traffic jams in nearby areas, and the buildings boast beautiful architecture.
Things need improvement
There's no metro connectivity available, and getting cabs or autos regularly can be a challenge. Additionally, residents feel that the maintenance charges are on the higher side.

Good things here
The society is well-built and beautiful, featuring a helipad on the terrace of each building. The two lifts in each building are single-door, fast, and smooth. Convenient shops inside the society save time for residents. High-end amenities include a spacious gym, a clubhouse, and a large swimming pool. A massive ground in the center is perfect for children to play cricket and more. Each building has a podium with facilities like tennis, basketball, and badminton courts. The society is well-maintained with greenery and CCTV cameras. It is connected to the highway, and there's metro connectivity nearby.
Things need improvement
The society is generally good, but there are a few points worth mentioning. While CCTV cameras cover every corner, the sewage treatment plant lacks surveillance cameras. The area around the plant is poorly lit, creating complete darkness from evening till morning. This poses a safety concern, especially for ladies passing through that road to one of the buildings. Additionally, there is insufficient parking space for guests' vehicles.

Living at Sai Kalyan Ultima is a dream come true for sports enthusiasts. From basketball to wall climbing, the variety of activities available is incredible. The gated community and Vastu compliance are added bonuses.
