Despite having CCTV and elevators, their effectiveness is diminished by the lack of maintenance. Water quality is subpar, with muddy water posing health risks, and the charges for water are unreasonably high. Security guards' reluctance to perform their duties is worrisome, further compromising the safety of the community. The construction quality of buildings is below standard, evident from the prevalence of seepage, leakage, dampness, and cracks on the walls. Additionally, the behavior of some residents contributes to noise pollution and further dirties the society. Garbage collection is irregular, exacerbating cleanliness issues, and water logging and drainage problems persist. The unreliable power backup system adds to the overall dissatisfaction with living conditions.read more
