Good things here
Connectivity was just top notch like bkc flyover was there just near by the society and even local railway station was near by the society.All the modern amenities were there in the society and maintenance was also top notch.at that time building was good so never faced leakage and seepage issues. Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
During monsoon water logging issue were there inside the apartment.Rooms were not that spacious and isolated.Railway station was just around the society due to which it was quite disturbing for the resident.

Good things here
Only thing which was good about this society is connectivity as everything was easy to approach near by the society regarding local transport or any kind of essentials.
Things need improvement
My living experience in that society is not at all good like there as the society is very much claustrophobic even though the quality of the apartment is also pathatic ,Building were very much congested,Apartment were also small.Amenities were also poor like there was no swimmig pool in our building and gym was too small and no equiptments were there inside the gym

Society has good connectivity like local market ,schools,hospitals were around the society even though auto ,cabs were easily available.All the modern amenities were present in the society and there were no extra charges from tenant to use any of the facilities.Build quality was great,no lekage and seepage issue asorund the society.
Things need improvement
Overall my living experience in that society was great but maintenance of the apartment can be improve in the society.

Good things here
Society ki security kafi acchi hai, apps and CCTV camera sab proper hai. utility and drinking water 24*7 available hota hai. society me sare celebration bohot acche se hote hai. parking kafi acchi hai. gym properly maintained hai.
Things need improvement
Parking space is not eniough society should look in to this. internal space is not suffient in the society. no mertro station near by. there are no balconis to the flats.

Good things here
The construction quality was good since there were no issues with seepage or leakage. Maintenance was also good, with no problems regarding power cuts or water supply, and there was no water logging either.On the bright side, autos and cabs were easily available for transportation.
Things need improvement
The flats were small, and the buildings were closely packed, causing congestion. There were few amenities available. However, there were occasional network issues.

Good things here
Auto rickshaws and buses are readily available near the society. The roads outside the society are in excellent condition. There is a local railway station nearby. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. The society is very clean, and maintenance for the lifts is done regularly. The residents are friendly, and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. Fire exits are present in the buildings.
Things need improvement
The facility management team responsible for maintaining the society does not handle maintenance issues within the flats effectively. For issues like leakage or seepage inside the flats, residents have to call external plumbers. Problems are not resolved promptly in the society. There is no separate parking for visitors, and the society lacks a swimming pool.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. The maintenance quality is also fine with no water supply and logging issues. Amenities like gym, play area and clubhouse are available in the society. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. A parking lot is provided. People are friendly in nature. Paintings are done timely. Management keeps on doing regular improvements. The water quality is also good.
Things need improvement
There are a few seepage and leakage issues that exist in some flats. There is no swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
Autos and cabs were easily available near the society, making the road connectivity good. The maintenance quality of the society was good with regular removal of garbage. There were no seepage and leakage issues. The flats were ventilated. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. The residents were friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The roads were not in a good condition with potholes. Other than that there were no specific dislikes in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity was good. Auto-rickshaws and other local transport options were readily available. The society was clean, and there was never any issue with water supply; we had water 24/7.
Things need improvement
The buildings were quite congested, and the roads in front of the society were narrow, leading to significant traffic issues. While there were amenities available, they were somewhat limited.
